Mobility is very different from flexibility so what we're talking about here is not the same as you might get from the cool down stretches after a workout or an exercise class. Mobility is not just an ability to reach further, it is the ability to be strong and functional in those new ranges too.

That is actually why I can promise such quick results, because when it comes to mobility your body loves two things, movement and security. The trick is in understanding how you move to find out what you're good at, where your security is and then teasing that out to help in the places where you're not so comfortable.

The Stretch Station dials up the security by giving you something to hold onto whilst we take your strengths and teach your weaknesses to be strong.

It's an amazing process. You hardly even know it's happening to you until you step out of the Station and bend down to touch your toes or reach back over your head.

You really will be amazed at how well your body is moving within minutes!

We'll always make the movements relevant to you. What I mean by that is that some of the exercises can look pretty funky and it's not unusual for clients to feel like they are just playing for an hour (laughing with it!) but the movements will be chosen to help you get better at the everyday stuff like putting your socks on or picking your grandkids up and swinging them round.

Training with traditional exercises like bench press or biceps curls are great but most people want to be out of pain and see improvements in real life tasks the bring them joy. Dancing, walking, doing jobs about the house.
