Painless Movement

It doesn't matter if 'movement' to you is getting out of a chair without pain or if it's an 'athletic performance' like rising higher than the central defender to nod in the winner at the far post, it's all movement and the principles and strategies I use apply just as well to either.

Movement is how we express ourselves. It's how we do what we love doing. If that means playing with grandkids, winning at sport, keeping fit and looking good or just being able to get about without pain its vitally important that we have that freedom to express ourselves.

There can be many life conditions that stop us from doing what we love to do. Sometimes money is an issue, perhaps free time but if what stops you from getting the most out of life is how your body functions then it really doesn't have to be that way.

Your body has huge potential for development and improvement. Whether you're in your 60's and feeling battered or in your 20's and consider yourself to be at your peak. I've never met the person for whom I couldn't make a significant improvement in their performance by working with them. 

What I do is certainly not orthodox. I couldn't make these claims if it were because regular physical therapy and rehabilitation or regular strength and conditioning approaches would struggle to honestly claim this level of success for you. I did orthodox and I did regular for 10years. I did it well but then I looked for something better. I found it, studied it, taught it to other personal trainers and those who work in rehabilitation and I love using it with my clients.

There is no bigger kick for me than helping somebody to express themselves better. Freeing them up to have less pain, more fun, more success and a wider smile. That is exactly why I do this for a living!
