I'm having great fun reading Gary Taubes' Good Calories, Bad Calories at the moment. It is a fantastic book, one that I've been dipping into for months with glee and have decided to take it on cover to cover. In it, he sets out to shed light on the notion that saturated fat, gluttony and sloth are the causes of obesity and disease.

I've just started reading a book by Seth Godin and in it he describes what he does. He says he sells fireworks. I don't sell fireworks, I sell momentum.

I'm having a stressful day today. There are loads of really good things in it and I won't bore you with the details of it. As i reflect on today, its not lost on me that what I do is essentially use food, movement, lifestyle and psychotherapy to help people deal with stress in their lives... So I thought I'd share a bit about what I'm doing today to bring myself back into balance....
